Does the Apple iphone have all the same features as the ipod Touch?

touch screen phones are coming out of the woodwork... most of them fall very short of the apple tree - specifically the HTC that just arrived...
iPhone does everything the iPod does... i guess if you want to be real picky - the iPhone doesn't have the "wheel" for navigation like the iPod...

Also, does anyone know if there are other phones out there that are touch activated besides the iphone?
