i tried gettin midi 3.0 again but it only gives me midringtones platinum, which sucks so bad!! is there anyway i can get midi 3.0 again??

If you haven't already done so, I'd talk to the manufacturer's customer service dept. and tell them about this. They may need to do something with the refurb. phone in order to allow you to midi 3.0 back again.
