the only way i sometimes get it through the intrnet on my phone itself, but i all the rest are to pay foror dont have my carrier.

a lot of phones have something called "Access Apps" where you can do free trials and download songs for free. I'm not sure if your phone has that, but try searching the internet for "free verizon ringtones"
