I am having some trouble and getting a real "run around" can anyone please please help me?

If you have a memory card it will actomatically be detected as a "Mass storage Device" in my computer after that you can copy and past the pics to the removable disk also do make sure to choose the mass storage option on the phone. BUT if you dont have a memory card than to access the phones memory you'll need to install the phone's software!
