I'm guessing there is a music feature on it, but other than that, why is it so much more expensive?

The Q9m has 2 Home Screen options--Multimedia and Standard. The Q9m also offers the New Windows Mobile 6, and has expandable memory up to 4GB for maximum memory storage. The new Q supports VCAST music and can play more music file formats as well it also has more memory,
