i already have the usb.. when i plug it in.. nothign happends.. it jsut says taht my phone is charging and i cant put ringtones on it... i need help is ther a sofwere i need?

you can click on documents and there is suppose to be a E: disk on the side and you just drag music into the E: map good luck I've got Motorola v3x
