do i have to use any program for downloading songs from my computer to my phone? Can you suggest how can i do it?

Use the bundled Nokia PCsuite to transfer music PC to phone. That program has a file transfer feature and that's all you need to not only transfer music, but also images as well, to your 6111. If you don't have the program you can always download it from official Nokia sites for free.

But without a memory card slot, it's built in memory is not enough to hold an albums worth of music.
