i can play the songs with my media player so i know they work. i just don't know how to get them into "my stuff" in order to set them as ringtones.

i bought that phone too, i spent hours online with sprint customer support, but i later found out that sprint (even though they don't tell you) , does not allow mp3's as ringtones.
