if you live in a rural area this phone is not for you. and after about a year it starts to glitch out

I think that this phone is awesome. I love the full keyboard and the simplicity, but what I hate is it's inability to use bluetooth without a headset. I like to exchange ringtones and stuff but this phone doesn't allow me to do that. So I give it a 4
