My mom gave me a samsung sgh-e315 from CA. (sorry for my english) but when I used it in here (philippines). the cellphone says "wrong card". Anyone knows how can I reactivate it? Any help will greatly appreciate.

yes..here is ur answer...
usually the cell phone used to come from CA or USA , its used to country lock...so u need to un-lock ur phone first.
go to any mobile shop where they un-lock it...and then use it.
