this is the 2nd SE after T637
I had happy experience with it using as phone and modem
purchased in Hong Kong, this phone supports Trad Chinese and English
standby screen: pretty bright and beautiful, 176x208 is barely same as W810, the outer screen can be set always on to display clock without opening it, but the outer screen is mono color, it may be plus to view outdoors
voice: this is fine, but I just used it for 2 days, that I have to make more calls to judge
operation: similar SE, since I used T637, that the operation is still similar, but there's a task/shortcut button on the top right of numeric pad, a dedicated net button on the top left, messaging/email button on the bottom left, these buttons are dedicated for easy access, there're 4 more buttons for prev/freq up, next/freq down, play/pause/radio on, outer screen on buttons; there's a keylock switch, this is pretty good to prevent mis-operation
reception: very good with New World Mobility (not going back to states), but I found the bar above the battery door is pretty sensitive to touch, probable where the antenna is
bt: it has a lot of bt functions, works perfectly with Bluesoleil, but I don't have chance to test DUN because I currently don't have unlimited GPRS here, but sync works perfectly with Outlook just through Bluesoleil, it also supports tri-mode headset (HSP/HSP/hifi)
size: the phone looks small, but thick (2x more thickness than nokia E50)
battery time: I have just had the phone for 2 days, no comment this time
cam: though it doesn't have auto-focus, it works pretty well, at least better than 6270
Z710i is just same price as W300i, W710i is almost $100 more, I'd go for stripped down ver, and get an 1MB M2
plus:
reception
voice quality
bt function
keylock switch
screens (main and outer)
cam
3 dedicated buttons
minus:
thickness
memory (only 10MB, and M2, which is hard to find and no card reader supports it)
no default USB mode (always ask when plugging in, this is annoying)
