I tried to answer ur question twice but it wudnt post so i'll put it here. Send a picture to your hotmail, etc. and you'll find ur phone email address. It will be your number@vzwpix.com for example. Then click "send to email" and put ur phone email in box, check send as attachment, and click send. When yu open picture message ringtone should start playing. Then yu can save sound and use in picture messages, set as a ringtone, alerts, etc. If you still have problems, post it on my wall, and I'll share two more ways to download to ur phone. This is my favorite, its easy, less time consuming and more versatile. Hope this helps!
