SharePoint 2010 (including BPOS, and SP online) *DOES NOT WORK WITH OFFICE 365 NTLM Authentication A Contact List (the easiest way to tell if your list is a contact list, is if it has the connect to outlook option in the list menu)
To Use: (On the phone)
Open Settings (Home Screen / Menu Button / Click Settings) Goto Accounts & Sync Click Add Account Enter Your SharePoint Login Name Enter Your SharePoint Password Enter The List Name Enter The Server Address
